Beisu establishes extrusion lines suitable for the production of plastic pellets for subsequent molding, extrusion or calendering, starting with raw or recycled materials. These extrusion lines are fully customizable and efficient at any production rate, thanks to the MD Nextmover line's innovative extruders and Bausano modular accessories for a variety of applications.
Ease of use and saving time on maintenance and cleaning have always been our goals in the research and design of our pelletizing lines.
Beisnuo has also developed extruders for particle recovery and waste recovery, namely the E-GO R single-screw extruder for polyolefin recovery and the twin-screw MD series for PVC repelleting.

Beisu twin-screw extruders are specially designed, from screw configurations to kneading elements, for extruding high quality particles (pellets) from various plastic materials such as PVC pellets, ABS pellets or WPC pellets.
